Imported from England in 2002 and owned by the current elderly owner for 20 years this rare and gorgeous Hooper bodied Rolls Royce Wraith (chassis WMB 10) of a limited number of vehicles produced in 1939 prior to WW2 breaking out is now being reluctantly offered for sale. The car is presently located in Brisbane, Australia and has always been garaged and well maintained.
The very reliable car starts, runs and drives beautifully. The chrome work, timberwork, paint work and interior is in excellent condition. In recent times a number of items have been reconditioned including the radiator, the generator had a complete rewind and recondition by a specialist in Melbourne, The ignition coils and regulator are brand new, the headlights have now upgraded H4 bulbs and new Michelin tyre tubes have been fitted to all wheels. Overall a very well maintained car in original condition.
The stunning paint scheme of Damask Red over Empress Black is an absolute head turner!!!! Comes complete with the original English number plates FLM-612 and currently with QLD club registration. I have also applied to the Dept of Transport for very special plates for this car which could be purchased seperately if you so choose.
