MG TA / TB / TC / TD 93 tooth starter ring gear for the 7 1/4 inch clutch for the XPAG engine

THis is a new unused 93 tooth flywheel starter ring gear  for the 7 1/4 inch inch clutch and 10.370 flywheel for the XPAG engine originally fitted to the MG TB ,MG TC and early MG TD, both faces of the ring gear are stamped with the number 176, I have no idea what this means as I can find no reference to this number,it may be a manufacturers mark.

Note.Many early XPAG engines have been replaced with later 8 inch flywheel ring gear,easy to distiguish as the starter motor will have  only 2 bolts to the block not the 3  of the original type starter motor. These later replacement engines could be Gold Seal replacement,Wolesley 4/44, late MG TD or MG TF
