MGA close ratio gearbox (straight cut gears) for the serious competitor

For sale: A close ratio MGA gear box fitted with original Jack Knight (UK) straight cut gears. The gearbox casing is the MGA low starter motor housing (1500 & 1600) but internals could be utilised in the later Mk 11 housing if required. The casing is fitted the MGB clutch arm. The first motion shaft is 23 spline with oil seal (suits MGB clutch plate). The gearbox is in excellent condition and has only been removed to replace with the Vitesse MX5 gearbox that is more suitable for cruising. Would suit the serious MGA, Elva, Elfin Streamliner, etc competitor that utilises MGA running gear. Internal inspection of gearbox invited.
